Axis & Allies Week

• I've setup the website for both a Spring and a Fall A&A week.  You can book a room right now! 
  • Sign up for whichever date would work best for you and we'll see which fills.  
  • If both weeks fill, I'd be happy to do it twice!  
  • I'll refund your deposit if we can't get enough for one or both weeks.  
• If either the Spring or Fall dates happen to fill up and there is still demand from others wanting to join the fun I will reach out to one or more of the resorts near by to see if they can offer their cabin rooms in a similar fashion. 
• I broke cabins up into rooms, so if you wanted a specific cabin for a group be sure to grab all the rooms in that cabin. 
• These are cabins, not the Marriott, so lower your expectations, LOL! No daily cleanings, no towels or soap provided. 
• I’ll do the first night’s dinner as part of the stay as guests arrive, but “probably” not any of the other meals. 
• This will take a lot of effort to prepare for. If someone wants to take the lead on coordinating all of the game play, communications, create and coordinate an agenda for the week I’ll trade you for a N/C stay in the “Offices” cabin (not shown on the website but in the middle of the action) We have an extra bedroom in that cabin. 

  Week of:

• 5/22/2021 – 5/29/2021
• 9/11/2021 – 9/18/2021
  • When booking, pick the the start date first, then the end date. 
  • If you don't pick the whole week the rooms won't show.
  • Check-In anytime after 4pm.
  • Check-Out before 9am. 

• Rooms w/one bed = $400 for the week
• Rooms w/two beds = $800 for the week
• One guest per bed, unless additional guest is your significant other. 
• Costs do not include food. 

• Cabins will be broken out into rooms with 1-2 beds. 
• If you don’t book all of the rooms in a cabin you will potently be sharing the cabin with another guest(s).
• If you book the Lodge’s Room 3 be aware the single is a bunk above the full size. You will need to be able to crawl up and down to access that bed.

• Each cabin will have a minimum of 1 game table setup. The lodge & cabin 3 could possibly have as many as 3 tables. 
• We also have a storage garage with yard games that has a ping pong table 2-3 games could be setup there, weather (temp.) permitting. 
• Guests staying in other cabins/rooms may be playing a game in cabins they are not staying in. 
• Guests can go in and out of any of the cabins during game play. 

• Bed linens & toilet paper is provided but towels & soap are not provided. 
• Arrival day there will be dinner & drinks. 
  • Probably centered around brats & beer (we are a resort in Wisconsin don'tch know!) 
• One or more evenings we may take pontoons to one of the restaurants on the lake.
• Resort is only a couple miles from town and the town is designed for tourists! 
• Each cabin has appliances, pots, pans, utensils, etc… to accommodate making your own meals.

• Focus is on board versions of Axis & Allies 
  • Open to what versions are played. 
  • Each day the version could change, or guests can connect with each other on what they want to play. 
  • Please bring board versions you have, I will only have 1-2 of the games. 
• Tournament?
  • I don’t have any experience with how a tournament would work. Open to ideas or someone taking the lead regarding it. 

• We will have at least 2 pontoons available for guests to use during the week. 
• We have small fishing boats, a couple kayaks and a paddle boat guests can use.  
• We have volleyball and yard games available. 
• We have fire pits and will try to have at least one going per night. 
• Area has traditionally been a fishing destination, but it has been transitioning to also be a good recreational area. 
  • ATV’s & JetSki’s can be rented.
